★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the young owner is bossy, even played mind game. when some parents don't follow daycare's rule very well, they started charging them, making money on parents. don't recommend it. but the supervisors working there r very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed my 3.5 old daughter to this PoCo large child care centre with a pre-school program a month ago. I was really afraid whether she would adapt to this big change easily and whether this would be a good fit for her. She used to go to a Russian speaking small family daycare with her brother and did not speak any English. I must say, that all staff is very very nice and professional. They made this an easy transition for her. They found a buddy and the ways to make her interested. She came back home once boasting that she was on a School bus like a big school girl when they took kids to a field trip around decorated Lafarge lake. Just after a month my girl is happily going to this child care centre, understands English very well, sings English songs to us at home. We recommended Birchland to our friends and their daughter is starting this week. I highly recommend this daycare to others and wish your kids the same easy transition and a lot of joy and play here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had both of our children at Birchland Treehouse for close to 3 years and we couldn't be happier with both the quality of care they receive and the wonderful staff at the facility. Their flexibility especially during the summer months is very hard to find and we really appreciate it. The staff are warm and caring and our kids are so happy to be there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My oldest son started going to Birchland Treehouse when he started Kindergarten at Birchland Elementary. He went to the same daycare from the ages of 1 through 4 (almost 5) and was very attached to his caregivers there, so I was very concerned with how he would adjust. Birchland was so great at making him (and us) feel welcome and helping him integrate! We are so happy we made this decision. Even more so when they opened the infant/toddler building and we were able to transfer our youngest there! Communication is great and there is always many fun activities planned, especially in the summer. Having such flexibility in the summer is key, I find. Staff has been key in helping to deal with some challenging behaviours and I have always felts my sons' well being comes first and foremost and it is so nice that my sons can be here the entire time they will need daycare (infant through 12 years).
I would recommend Birchland Treehouse over and over to anyone who will listen!
