★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give them 0 stars if I could! I bought an oil bath from them a while bath and it never worked. I wanted to send it back after a few weeks and get it replaced but they said no. I had to take video of the problem and they said they would send me a new board for US to replace on a piece of equipment that was not working the day we purchased it. We still have yet to get the new board and now it’s been over 2 years. The communication is terrible and it takes several e mails to even give one response. I started sending my customer the email thread with Janes responses just so he sees it was not us screwing up. This was a 1500.00 oil bath that never worked and my customer is now out the 1500.00. Terrible!!!!!!!!!
