I would not recommend any of their services;

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using this company for many years. I dropped off a sample at the lab and asked for a priority test which is 2 days. I received my result in 10 days which was fine, but then they charged me as a priority. When I asked to speak with a manager, he called me back. He was VERY rude and argumentative saying that I still have to pay the priority fee even though it took 10 days longer due to staff cuts etc. I was trying to be reasonable and explain that the right thing to do would be to just charge the normal fee as that is what you do in customer service as that is the service I received. He would not listen and just hung up on me. I was being calm and kind. He was just rude and angry. It's unfortunate as I use them and recommend my clients use them and now unfortunately I will not be using them anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware of the scam this company is playing. It says Bio-Chem Consulting, however they don't do any consulting "oh no we don't do consulting it used to be before but not anymore "
What a waste of money.
Also be very careful with paying for you tests. They like to ask you to pay before your result are ready, Don't do it because it could takes up to a month before your get your result ready. PAY ONLY WHEN THEY SAY YOUR RESULTS ARE READY
