Bin There Dump That- Whitby

I’ve used Bin There Dump That three times now, and each time I’ve been impressed and happy with the customer service, punctuality, and overall value. I highly recommend the Whitby office crew - thank you for making each interaction stress free and pleasant!

It was a pleasure dealing with the company Bin There Dump That. The customer service was very informative & helpful with getting the right size of bin as well as explaining the charges. I received the bin the next day & was placed on my driveway with no hassles! I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them! Thanks for your professional service!!

Currently waiting to speak with an owner in hopes this gets rectified... current situation - I ordered a 6 yard gravel and interlock bin with order confirmation at a flat rate of $400.00 bin charge plus 16% fuel charge , lady at the office confirmed as long as no red interlock brick it will go under flare rate - only reason we ordered it. All was good till bin was picked up and they sent me my invoice of over $1250.00 , first of all that’s insane for a 6yard bin !! As a contractor who uses bins very often we know the going rate for such and figured this company had decent reviews and were speedy to get the bin out... wow what a horrible decision that was , called in spoke with Jim and was basically told yeah we don’t dump gravel and interlock together there’s nothing we can do...so when I confirmed with customer the rate for the bin and now somehow it’s triple The agreed rate ... i am suppose to eat that $800.00 additional charge that was never disclosed at anytime during the ordering of the bin right down to my confirmation and pick up?? My order confirmation clearly states $446.00 plus fuel charge as it’s not listed on confirmation. I do not want to take business from any company , I even shared them on my social media thanking them for their service... little did I know they were going to completely go against my order request and charge me triple what my order confirmation says... just a surprise fee I assume ? Imagine ordering a meal and after you eat it and on your credit bill there is a 300% price mark up ?? This isn’t a couple hundred dollars over we are talking 3x the price , I would have never ordered the bin at that rate ( obviously) and nobody else should either that is robbery- expecially when I have confirmation of my Order but my invoice is 3 times the price ...I will update this review come Monday after speaking with Brian or John ( the owners ) at this time all I can say is if I have to take this further I will as nobody can afford to pay triple the price of something after it’s said and done - nobody should either it’s not professional and in a sense it should be considered theft ... it is theft . I will update my review Monday regardless once I speak with the owners, see how they handle/ run their business.

From the women in the office to the drivers, I couldn't be more pleased. Always fast delivery and pick up always on schedule. I appreciate all they have done to help us with the big job we had. Thanks to all the staff and to John and Brian.

Called the office and was explained the process and pricing in simple terms. The bin arrived on time and was picked up few hours after I called the office instructing bin is ready for pickup. I would definitely use them again and will not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

I've used this company for two of our contracting co over the years. This time was different. I was told that I would be charged up to $1100 for a bin if they find a single paper cup in the bin other than soil. Poor customer service. Overpriced. I called another bin company they were at $350 Flat for soil branches and up to 3 wheelbarrows of concrete. Shop around. Definitely not the service we were used to.

Responsive and definitely quick delivery of bin. Unfortunately they do not disclose that they charge a fuel surcharge! They only tell you that they charge for the bin and the tonnage. They will provide you with a receipt of the weigh scales however given it’s $11/tonne to do it yourself, $110 for them to do it is high especially given they’re charging $190 for the bin rental. Calling customer service to inquire about the fuel surcharge was met with an extremely rude representative who indicated it’s in the written contract and that they don’t verbally tell you that. So be aware!

The delivery and process were fairly smooth. Drivers and office staff were nice. Everything delivered and removed on time End price as a bit more than I was hoping to pay. I was aware of the fuel surcharge but just realize it will be an extra 16% on your bill and then it is taxed. So add about $75-$100 to your rental if you get the big bin. I read after that the drivers are supposed to do a sweep clean of the driveway. I wasn't expecting it before I called but thought it was a nice feature. However this was not done. Debris was all over the driveway and a giant rust stain from the bin. I will probably shop around next time to see if there is a more flat rate company
