★ ★ ★ ★ ★ out of touch - I went there and asked for a quote, first he said he is closed, then he said his computer is broke, and last after 4 days he said I don't sell those brands. While his website had the exact model number. Small time losers. Save your time and go somewhere professional. The guy is out of touch with reality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's so frustrating to try and buy something from these guys!! I called yesterday and they would not accept an order over the phone. I went out of my way to go there in person, only to find that they are closed and that their hours are only from 1:00 - 6:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. This is contradictory to what is listed on Google. Very disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is minus points I would rate the store as low as possible, went there three times and called few times and never get the problem solved... one time when I visited the place the guy was still have the wrong record in his computer even though I called and went to the office to tell them I need to change a model I purchased. Call them and they said would call me back later, but it never happened. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in and paced the store for almost 10mins and not one person came out to ask if I wanted help. One gentleman walked passed me, not even saying hello. Finally another guy walking past asks if I needed help. Then a few minutes later the first gentleman comes out. Takes my information down and all this time didn't offer me a seat.
Horrible experience. .I can't imagine the service you'll get after purchasing and dare I say you have issues.
