★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since it took three years to answer my one star review , I believe your question answers itself . My opinion to anyone with a truck with mechanical issues is to take it to Dan Bayoff @ Hywood truck in Nelson . Inland Kenworth is also a great choice .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So,I broke down with my Volvo at Castlegar. Did some calling around and the only shop willing to work on it was Bill's Heavy Duty. Let me tell you, these people are awesome! They were friendly and professional in all they did. The final bill was even less than I expected! That never happens. I highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shredded a fan belt 30 minutes from town, Steve the mechanic came out and fixed me up. I can't stress how impressed I am with the service from Bill's. The guys (Roy, Steve, Ryan) go above and beyond and the shop is spotless. Keep up the good work guys.

It was a big benefit to our company when they relocated to their new much bigger facility in Castlegar and were able to expand their services. I especially like the fact that we are supporting a locally owned business like ours. The staff and technicians are always friendly, helpful and very concerned about ensuring our vehicles are repaired properly. I highly reccomend this professionaly run shop for all your parts and service needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of our hotshot trucks broke down in Castlgar (cracked radiator), over 900km away from home and no other shop in town would even look at him for over a week. These guys got him in had the part ordered and shipped overnight from Calgary and on his way by mid afternoon the very next day. Absolute stellar service!!! Thanks everyone at Bill's Heavy Duty.....
