We are a large industrial manufacturing company and have used Bill for over 12 years for all our industrial electrical needs, he has answered every emergency situation in a timely fashion and has done everything it takes to get us running again. I would highly recommend Bill for any work that needed to be done.

I was recently cleaning up some old files and found my invoice for this company and was reminded of how horrible an experience it was. It has been 2 1/2 years but the level of incompetency and lack of workmanship was so horrible that I highly doubt he has improved. We hired him to replace the electrical panel in our house. Two major problems occurred. First off, when I came home to see the finished project he had run the grounding wire on the outside of the wall, across the hall and into my laundry closet, leaving me with gaping holes and copper wire for all the world to see. When I asked him what would possess him to do that his response was "Just by some crown molding and hide it" Yeah bud, I am going to install crown molding throughout my house because you couldn't be bothered to do a job properly. This discussion became quite heated as I was blown away that he would find this acceptable. he offered no solutions to this project - didn't even suggest someone I could bring in. Just had a "not my problem" attitude and acted as if I was being completely unreasonable. Second problem was that as he was packing up I told him to hold on, that I wanted to make sure everything works. if he was a pro he would have done this himself, but alas. So I am checking all of the electrical in the house when I discover a plug operated by a light switch is no longer working. I know for a fact that it did before he got there as the living room lamp was on it. When I pointed this out to him he checked it, said there was no way he could have done it but offered to come back another day and fix it for me. He said that it would be an extensive job as new wire would need to be run and holes would have to be cut but he would have a quote for me that night. I kicked him out, just absolutely done with the situation. I had to get a friend to come in and hack up my walls and ceiling and run the cable properly for problem number 1, and had a friends brother, an electrician, come and fix the plug (which was a half hour fix with no wires needing to be run at all). This guy is a joke and I only wish I had of thought of getting on lien sooner as I am sure someone else has been buggered by this guy. In all my years of having people come in and do work in my house or at work, I have never seen anything like this.
