With the special attitude and individual approach it takes a good spot in the top jewellery stores I’ve ever visited. Thanks to Adam for keeping this family legacy in providing superior customer service. Lots of items are already at a very decent pricing and there’s not too much room for negotiation but I think is fair for the service and product you get in this store. Will be back for sure. The jewelry is top quality and his estate pieces are just beautiful! I have to extend a huge thank you to his Goldsmith Shannon, I came in the same day I became engaged because my ring was a little small and she went above and beyond and upsized my ring within an hour! She knew how excited I was to put my beautiful ring on my finger that day! I live nearly three hours away and spoke with Adam over the phone. He was very pleasant on the phone and was kind to hold the item for me without deposit for 24hrs so I could adjust my schedule and drive up. Because of COVID and the drive, Adam and his team were able to accommodate my schedule and were so wonderful even tho we ran a little later than expected due to traffic. When arriving, we were greeted by very kind front of house staff, and made my wife and son feel like part of the family. It was a breath of fresh air. The item, again, was as described and Adam kindly sized it to my wrist free of charge. He took the time to explain the history of the item, some quirks of owning a vintage Rolex, and offered a years free service. He has incredible knowledge of the industry along with knowing my local Rolex AD by name, which I found very impressive. Purchasing a large ticket item can be intimidating, Adam and his team went above and beyond to make the process smooth and transparent. After this, I would not hesitate to purchase another item from them, sight unseen. To anyone who is from far away…. It’s worth your time. Thank you, Adam. I love my new Rolex.
