Do not go there at all !!!! No commercial sense !! It damages your jewelry and it is normal ... "it happens"! No word of excuse, no compensation proposed !!! Just outrageous !!

If you are a young person never go there I have been there for diamond earrings and the "manager" looked at me and said I don't think you have the budget !!! Never judge even if the person is young now Savard has a new client! :)

Aucun service après vente, nous avons achetez nos alliances en avril 2015, 2 diamants ont tombé en juin 2016, soit 9 mois après mon mariage, ils m'ont dit qu la garantie était terminé, j'ai fais réparé ailleur. Mai 2015 2 autres diamants ont tombé, j'ai fais réparé à mes frais encore, novembre 2017 3 autres diamants ont tombé!!!! 200$ pour réparer!!!! Non non non plus jamais je vais acheté la, c'est clair que ma bague à un défaut de fabrication, 7 diamants en à peine 2 ans,et il ne veule rien faire. À présent je considère que je me suis fais avoir par cette bijouterie.

No after-sales service, we bought our wedding rings in April 2015, 2 diamonds fell in June 2016, 9 months after my marriage, they told me that the guarantee was over, I repaired it elsewhere. May 2015 2 other diamonds fell, I have repaired at my expense again, November 2017 3 other diamonds fell !!!! $ 200 to repair !!!! No no either I will never buy it, it is clear that my ring has a manufacturing defect, 7 diamonds in just 2 years, and he does not want to do anything. Now I consider that I have been taken in by this jewelry store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dès l'ouverture, aucun service, bras croisés, indifférente, nous offre des bagues en cubic tandis qu'on avait dit notre préférence pour les diamants, à la fin elle se retourne sans aucune salutation...On note aussi peu de choix et des bagues ayant peu d'éclats...je ne conseille aucunement cette bijouterie. Nous opterons pour R.Savard ou irons à Québec pour plus de choix.
