Sean, the owner, initially researched the age of the unit and then gave me a list of options for repair or replacement of the 10 year old unit. We decided to replace the existing unit and further discussions resulted in having it moved to a more suitable location to open up the room. The end result was very satisfying and it was done at a reasonable cost. I found Sean to be a very conscientious and personable individual and would highly recommend Bigfoot Plumbing and Heating.
