★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there today 5 minutes late to our reservation. we requested to get rescheduled for some other days. a staff at the concierge told us that their operator Jim refused to reschedule us to later date. we felt like being played by the fine prints on the terms agreements. we haven't met Jim but learned a lot about his character. a proper management should have handled such situation with some partial penalty for rescheduling and keep customers happy. Sadly, there is a lack of professionalism at the service desk. Very disappointed.
