★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed more propane for my BBQ as it went out as I was cooking pork. Store hours on website says it's open until 8PM on Mondays, however the sign at the store said 6.... Had to throw my dinner away!! Very unprofessional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wheel studs broke off our trailer and we lost the tire in the bush. Big pines helped us out. Was able to direct us to where we could get the parts we needed that he didn't have. Did some minor service for us as well. I would recommend. Friendly and reasonable, service oriented individual. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way overcharged for propane fill. I need a top up for my tank for remote camping. It only need like 2-3lbs of propane in it. I was charged 13$ for propane. What a bunch of crooks there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This business completely stole from me today. I told the attendant that I have a 28lbs tank.. The quantity he transferred to me was not even recorded, So he decided to choose 30 Litres as the amount based on my statement, which he then charged me $38.70 for!!
The usual amount I pay for this tank to be filled is under 20$ always.
I have attached the propane quantity record that I keep. There are 3 amounts over 20Litres, however, these fills were way Overfilled by the attendant, which put the gauge Way over Completely full, and causing the overflow valve to open.
The fill today was stopped at the Correct propane amount of 80% of tank capacity, which on my 28lbs aka 25 Litres tank is 20 Litres. The attached picture was taken directly after fill and has time/date stamp from today. Showing gauge needle directly on 80% which in theory is only 20 Litres!
Close to 40$ for an amount of propane most anyone charges 19$ for! This is a complete outrage. This is without mentioning they lie about the amount they gave me by adding 50% increase from the actual amount.
What a place! What a service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe this might be the only place in Thunder Bay to fill your on board propane tank. The meter doesn't work...still, so the attendants arbitrarily decides how much to charge you. I was also grossly overcharged. Not much I could do as I was passing through the city and needed the propane, and he knew it. Quite a shady business practice. Won't ever stop there again.
