★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our truck was making some bad noises as we were heading home from a camping trip. We found this shop on our map and decided to give it a try. The owner was just leaving when we pulled up, and he was kind enough to still help us out, especially since it was a heavy duty mechanic shop and doesnt usually work on regular vehicles. He was quick and a super nice guy, we are very grateful for him! Would recommend him 100%. Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we suffered a breakdown due to the extreme cold weather last week, Big Mountain got us into their shop right away and spent most of the day trying to figure out what the problem was and even stayed late on a Friday to make sure we weren't stranded for the whole weekend. They were super friendly, very professional and a real pleasure to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were coming through Hinton on a Saturday with our truck and trailer and although it said the shop was closed I called anyway and he kindly answered. We thought that we had to replace the entire Air Compressor but it turns out it was a quick fix. Their knowledge of CAT engines saved us lots of time and money.
