I hate online shopping and dealing with faceless online businesses. I called Nicole and had a replaced shipped pretty much right to my door. Online shipping quotes and payment process were super easy..... and I'd rather give my business to a small town business owner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a bread pan for a bread machine which was not available locally so went online. Most places were out of stock with no time frame for restocking. Those that had stock had high prices and high shipping cost. Big Mountains price matched the cheapest I was able to find and their shipping cost turned out to be what Canada Post charged. I got an email with a tracking number about 15 minutes after I placed the order. Tracking indicated the item was delivered to the post office a couple hours later. Received the item a few days later and it was what I needed. No hesitation to order from them again as I live to far away to shop in person.
