★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jack and Ronald are exceptionally amazing at the feet Reflexology! I had intense tight muscles in my ankles, legs, feet and as for my first time, I had such an incredible experience and Def will come back more often!
If you have tight and knotted muscles in hour back and shoulders, Ronald will get them out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another update: Dennis Yang is THE PAIN KILLER! I had intense shoulder pain for a whole week. He used one Accupuncture needle to relieve the pain that no other pain killers could get rid of. I shall be back for more. Really recommend him for all muscle aches!
Update: Really enjoyed their new massage bed as Jennie used it to go up and down for all kinds of stretching. Perfect way to end a busy day!
Wow best body and foot massages I have ever had! Both Jennie Deng and Jack are amazing as must be all the others in this cosy and clean Edmonds location. It’s peaceful and comfortable. I also tried the moxibustion lamp when it was a cold rainy day and loved the heat! Am increasing to twice a week as they got rid of those not so soft disposable covers yaay! Love the end of the day last massage before I go home to sleep!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They got me in same day neck massage and outstanding foot reflexology session.. the therapist made sure that I was comfortable at all times and the pressure was great. I will definitely be returning for the reflexology and try some of their other services that they offer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a whim with a friend and went to the nearest place around us. When we got there, there were no therapists for the both of us and they offered us the option of waiting 30 minutes or so. We said we could wait and the manager was nice to let us try this heat lamp treatment free of charge. Deducted one star though as my friend heat lamp wasn't generating any heat at all! Anyway, we went for the body massage and it was very nice. Massaged from head to toe with the right amount of pressure for me. Don't do this type of massage very often but will probably revisit in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My reflexology and back/neck massage was amazing done by Lily. She does it well and very strong. I don’t like wimpy massages so if you want a good relaxing one and that can get the knots out go see her. I will be back to this location. It is a bit noisy but it didn’t bother me.
They didn’t speak perfect English but service was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I and my husband are regulars at big feet. So far, in my opinion, Lily at this location is the best practitioner out of all. I always have great experience with Lily. However, my husband often receives unhappy service from them. Some of them are lack of professionalism such as leave the room out of the blue without asking client first or finish the session early when they have other clients coming in and worse is making excuses for finishing before the sessions should be ended…I never really complain but this time is the worst! The masseuse I got was under qualified, her work was very unpleasant, she took her sweet time with very slow motions. My body still aches after receiving her service, not gonna lies it’s relaxing for some people prefer light and chill but not me!! At the end, she rushed to leave the room without using warm towel wiping down and told me they don’t do warm towels here when I asked her about that. After I let her know that I’m a regular and I’ve never had to leave with full of oil in my body like this then she offered me to wipe down if I like?! I don’t want to call out her name but I believe the manager would definitely figure out who is the one. The manager needs to do something to improve otherwise you guys are losing customers. I’m not coming back to this location unless my favorite masseuse is available. And I don’t think my husband would like to come to this location again since he has already received so many uncomfortable services here.
