★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my boyfriend have been to numerous big feet locations and this has by far been the best one! Our massages were done by Casey and Jenny, they both really listened to us when we let them know where our problem areas are. We also got our fire cupping done for the first time by Joanna who was very kind! We have never left a massage feeling so relaxed. Definitely coming back!

The foot massages are always amazing, and we love how they incorporate a shoulder massage in as you’re soaking your feet in the beginning.
The space is clean, the staff are ridiculously strong (just the way we like it), and the seats are so comfy, my husband almost always falls asleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I have a nice relaxing massage after a stressful workday, I have never been disappointed. This location atmosphere is very relaxing with wonderful music and nice pictures. Once you enter into the room and you feel at home, and I can always sleep like a baby after massage.
Joanna is amazing! I’ve been to many massage therapists over the past 10 years and she’s the best! She is extremely knowledgeable about her craft and you can tell instantly she loves her job. She’s also very flexible and works around any schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely experience. There were 3 of us and they were able to accommodate us for foot reflexology a day before which we were super grateful for. Jenny, Sophia, and the male masseuse (forgot his name, sorry) were friendly and professional. Site is clean and comfy. Even dozed off for a little nap. Will be back!! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and a comfortable environment with technicians who listen and care about my problems. I hurt my back in the gym and went to a chiropractor twice with only minor improvements. I came here and did an entire session of body massage then I immediately felt my back pain was getting better. I had two technicians one's name is Frank the other is Leon. They both are good listeners and care for my issues. I don't know about other technicians, but from what I experienced, this is a guaranteed five-star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are traveling from NorCal and staying in Vancouver for two weeks. I have tried out many places in Cali and none of them could beat big feet. I’m glad I get to try out big feet and it is such a great experience. I came to know that they are the biggest chain in Chinese traditional acupressure and reflexology and I could totally see the reason why. I envied Vancouver people for having big feet. If I moved to Vancouver in my lifetime, big feet would be one of the reason besides Whistler!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone to multiple big feet locations and this is my favourite place to go. The owner, Joanna is so kind, welcoming and accommodating. The staff here are very knowledgeable and make the experience very nice. I usually go here for reflexology (shoulder + feet massage), acupressure, or lymphatic drainage massage. I always leave feeling way more relaxed. I definitely recommend people try it. It’s good to come when your body is tense or sore, or even just for self care and relaxation. ?
