★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales team worked hard to get my order from Northern Light quickly and price was reasonable. Modified an order to the factory to get me what I wanted. But camper was not as ordered in two small details, (had microwave, missing second battery).Pick up of the camper seemed un-necessarily delayed. Business manager seemed way way to focused on up selling services. Pick up of the camper was awkward and camper was improperly secured to the vehicle. Camper is great though. Very happy with it.

They worked hard to get the job done and done right. Their patience and attention to detail made our experience second to none!!! We truly appreciated the fact that Covid protocols were strictly adhered to by all staff. Highly recommend BBT for all of your RV needs. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience doing a factory order of our 2020 Jayco Eagle HT 29.5 BHDS with Dale (our sales guy) and Larry (business manager). Adam (service and parts manager) helped us pick out a new hitch and carefully explained options and accessories that we could add aftermarket( solar panels and more batteries). Adam even helped after we picked up the unit to get some diagrams of the water system for us to install a water filter. During pickup, several techs at big boys toys fully explained everything from using the auto level system to operating the appliances. The owner, Ian even helped out when the techs encountered the new Bluetooth gateway system and he explained how it worked. Darren ( service advisor) is now helping us out on some warranty repairs and is keeping us informed each step of the way. So far impressed with their full service operation and support they provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG I just called the service department and was told since I didn't purchase my motorhome from them....original owner did and bought their extended warranty from them...they will not even book me in to have a simple automatic step issue looked at. I said what about 6 months from now and he said no DON'T BUY FROM THEM. How shameful is that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for an RV on the island, and want to go to multiple places then you have to make sure to include these guys on your shopping journey. With a great selection on location, along with what they can bring in for you; many of the class B's that they may not always have on the lot for instance. From the owners on down they are just an exceptional group of people that are willing to accommodate and work with a disability if required. I've purchased my second class B from them and if I ever purchase a 3rd I know exactly where I'm going.
If unfortunately you have any issues with your RV, which in some respects is inevitable, then I assure you you're in great hands with Adam the manager in service, he will take care of you. Whatever issues you have they will help you work through them until completion along with good communication when required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased our brand new RV and flew in from out East to pick it up. Our leap of faith paid off! Dale and Marika always answered our questions and never made us feel like we bothered them. Dale even picked us up at the airport, drove us to our hotel and drove us to the dealership the next day. We felt welcomed as much by the owner as by all staff we met. The walk through of the vehicle with Adam was pleasant and very complete. Thank you to all!
