Ils ont affiché un contrat d'un an mais c'était 6 mois, ils ont affiché un salaire de 40 000 à 50 000 et finalement ils ont pû proposer maximum 45 000. Ils ont affiché plein de responsabilités intéressantes et au bout du compte t'étais juste une sécrétaire puisque tu n'avais pas le droit de participé plus dans les projets auxquels tu pouvais apporter tellement plus. Le manager donnait du mauvais ''coaching'' parce qu'il ne comprennait pas la matière, il connaissait que la surface du domaine et de plus il n'arretait pas de parler, pas possible de glisser un mot.

They displayed lots of interesting responsibilities and in the end t was just a secretary since you weren't allowed to participate more in the projects you could bring so much more to. The manager gave bad `` coaching '' because he did not understand the material, he knew that the surface of the field and moreover he did not stop speaking, not possible to slip a word.
