★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible employees at front desk who have no idea how to be with clients (no customer service experience it seems as they are rude and unprofessional). Very unorganized and blamed me for a mistake on their part. Would love everything if the people up front representing the business actually did their job and helped the clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This law office is terrible costumer service. They all full of mistakes and lots of bad attitude. Asiye is one of the terrible one that has no knowledge and no costumer service. She is I the worst one. Don even talk to her. So sorry for whoever is dealing with them.

Very unprofessional and most rude personnel you will ever come across. Booked an appointment for 10 am and as soon as I reach there, the receptionist comes up and start shouting and yelling at us telling us our appointment was tentative and that we didn't confirm. The lawyer kept walking around and would just glare at us and making us feel unwelcomed. By 10:30 another group of individuals come in and the receptionist asks whether they got an appointment and they said they didn't have any and that they just came in to give it a try. And they get invited in right away infront of us without waiting, just to show us their level of professionalism. We left right away,. For the record, the lawyer was not doing anything the whole time.
Happened yesterday October 20, 2017.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most successful immigration lawyer I have seen or heard. He simply does it the best , let him be mad cause he knows exactly what he is saying and doing. Very smart obvious I mean he is a lawyer but smart in a sense choosing the path he takes. Listen and you will be happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the WORST front desk staff ever. You basically have to do all the work yourself as all of these people are a mess and confused. No shame in being rude to their clients, all of them are so miserable. The translators and roger himself are fine but EVERYONE aka the front desk who fills out your paper work are god awful. The lack of care for the people paying them to work is astonishing. If I could give a zero I would, such a shame because Roger would have better success without Assia and that long haired women at the front desk. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GO TO LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've heard Mr. Bhatti is an excellent lawyer. He came highly recommended from others that have used his services. Unfortunately I'll never know for sure - the lady that answered the phone was brusque, on the verge of rude, as she told me they wouldn't take my case, then hung up before I could ask any follow up questions.
