They assisted with giving me guidance, as well as setting up my PREC (Personal Real Estate Corporation), as well as setting up my Holding Companies for investment properties. Thanks to his course on 101 bookkeeping I was able to assemble all my expenses, donations etc. and actually doing the income tax and benefit return form took less than a half an hour. Amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a new business owner, I was seeking an accounting firm that would provide me with expert knowledge, proactive support and be responsive to inquiries that could come up as I navigated the filing demands (within reason). That didn't happen. They were non-responsive to reminders I provided them about my filing deadlines and on two different occasions I needed to contact at least three people within the organization for someone to get back to me (spanning weeks).
There seems to be little accountability and more emphasis is put on getting your business than doing good business. Would not recommend.
