★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love the neighborhood and wonderful people. Most of us take pride in our properties and homes. However, Parkbridge seems to be very resistant to regular maintenance of roads and common areas. Very different from other Parkbridge communities we have visited. Very unfortunate they don't have have enough respect for the residents to address repeated concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've absolutely loved living in the park. Everyone is friendly, happy, and normal - yes I said it. It's a quiet, beautiful place to live close to several major cities and some small towns. With so little light pollution you can sit out at night and look at the stars and listen to the frogs by the creek.
There are walking trails by the creek and a small on-site playground for your kids to enjoy.
The park staff are easy to deal with, helpful, and quick to respond to communications.
I could definitely handle living here forever - love it!
