We messaged Kim through realtor.com for a viewing of a house we were interested in. Kim responded within no time, gave us more info and offered to help us to find our new home. Kim is straight forward, told us everything we needed to know, was so helpful and could answer any questions we had. She went through the whole process step by step with us. After the first viewing she knew exactly what we were looking for and always updated us right away when there was a new house on the market. Kim is amazing and very professional. She set up all the viewings, helped so much with the offer, set up appointments for inspections etc. She took a lot of work out of our hands so it didn't feel like we needed to do too much. Long story short. Kim made this whole home buying adventure super smooth and pretty much stressless! Even afterwards she is checking up on us. We would recommend her a 100% to anyone who is looking for help to buy a house. If and when the time comes to sell or purchase again, Kim is the one we will have help us because we trust her and acknowledge all her work she already did for us!

Even though Kim is based in a different city than us, this proved to be a non-issue. She was always available to show us properties & answer any questions we had and was very knowledgeable about the local market. Kim took the time to understand what we were looking for in our next property and refined that search as we attended more showings. She suffered our lost bids and celebrated our accepted bid with us.
