Better Bee Cleaning

Bee Is great. I have had her clean my house every 2 weeks for approximately 5 years. She works hard, always arrives when expected. She leaves my house clean and smelling fresh.

I hired Better Bee at the beginning of March for a move-out clean. Two employees came to the house and checked over the three story, three bedroom, two and a half bath home. They quoted me $350 to do the cleaning which I was more than happy to pay for because it is a large home. I requested the time of arrival and amount of time it would take them and the owner assured me that they would be there at 9:30am/10:00am and would take 3-4 hours to finish. We scheduled our landlord walk through to occur shortly after the cleaners would be finished. March 31 arrived and the cleaner was an hour late to get to the house - pushing our landlord walk through back. Not only that, but there was ONE cleaner. ONE for the entire house. We asked the cleaner if they had anyone else coming and they said no. Panic ensued. I send a message (as I was at work) reminding them that the house needed to be clean and up to standards by 2pm as agreed or I would not pay the full $350. The cleaner replied saying that the kitchen was "too dirty" and there was no way that they would able to clean it by that time. She told me to clean it myself and left. There are several concerns I have with this business: - They had 2 people walk through the house for the quoting process, looked at the fridge, in the oven (saw the level of "dirty") but in the end sent ONE cleaner. - If the cleaner had shown up on time they would have had more time to complete the job. - Another cleaner, who we called shortly after Better Bee left ended up saving our butts, had the entire kitchen cleaned within an hour - the same kitchen Better Bee said was too dirty to finish in the three hours available. - When the Better Bee Cleaner was in our home for the hour and a half, she had only cleared the counter top and ran the dishwasher. I would not recommend Better Bee Cleaning to my friends. They were unprofessional, lacked communication and the experience was altogether unsatisfactory. Their tagline is "Not happy tell me, Happy tell everyone else." *That should have been my first red flag.* In this case, I feel that it is necessary to tell everyone else. If I could give Better Bee Cleaning zero stars, I certainly would.

I have used Better Bee cleaning weekly for the last 3 years. This cleaning company is professional, committed and thorough. Bee clearly communicate and meets all cleaning commitments. My house is spotless each and every clean from Better Bee Cleaning.

Better Bee Cleaning has cleaned our home for the last two years. Bee is friendly and responsive, and I appreciate how she checks in the day before her scheduled time to confirm. Our house always looks and smells great when she leaves. Bee is accommodating, and does her best every time. Thanks for all you do!
