★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a typical row housing development. One can get various upgrades like an additional parking stall and in line AC. 1, 2 and 3 level units are available.
Other than that it is a bit nicer being that it is so new.
Construction is still underway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are called lakes but are more like glorified swamps... But pretty swamps none the less. Still a very nice and relaxing stroll. If you like to get out and walk then come... Be ready to fight geese at a moment's notice. :)
