★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked here for the majority of the pandemic thus far. Bethany is a wonderful place. The staff are kind and caring and get to know the residents on a more personal basis. Management is amazing and will go out of their way to accommodate your schedule or hear/ meet your concerns and suggestions. The owners are great, they fight for recognition for their residents and staff (as they are a privately owned facility so it is harder to come by the same resources as public ones). Yes there are some issues, which stem from a lack funding, NOT from management or staff, but that is to be found everywhere. There is definitely a community feeling to this place.
