★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with travel agent.I asked him to book a flight for me and he did it via third party as he told me later.There was a confirmation about the first flight but no confirmation regarding the return.He told me to wait for couple of days for it. When i would call him, he would tell me that he is trying to contact the company for e-ticket but no response as he booked from cheap airlines which I never asked him to do and when I contacted the company from my side they told me to contact my agent as they didn’t deal with customers directly. Finally when i insisted him a little harder one day( only one week left for my flight) he told me something went wrong the day he booked my flight and they had returned him the money that same day and he didn’t check it until two weeks had passed,meaning there was no flight booking at all. He gave me back my money saying that these companies are not reliable (he should have at least told me while booking because I didn’t know how these companies worked ). So i had to book again for the same days as i had applied for my vacation like a month prior and I couldn’t change the dates, i had to pay more than double for instant flight.He wasted my time and my money. At the end, he just played with words and told me he couldn’t do anything now.
