R	Riq Turner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clean rooms. Pool was busy with lots of kids having fun. Pool table was popular as well. We stayed as part of a hockey tournament. The breakfast was decent. Like everywhere they're are doing the best they can with COVID restrictions and staff shortages. A little patience goes a long way. Would definately stay there again.

j	jill lance on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were here during the recent ontario power outage that hit ottawa and quebec quite hard. We were given flashlights and our breakfast vouchers. They were very organized for the blackout and calm. Breakfast was excellent the next morning as the power came on at 1130 pm. Beds were comfortable. Lobby had a generator for some lighting.
J	Janie Vallee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice gym and pool, I love that our hockey team was all together on the same floor and we had team breakfast in the morning very well organized . It was really nice that we could rent a conference room so our team could be together without disturbing others in the hotel. The food was also good that we ordered from the hotel's restaurant.
B	Brad Veldman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel with great amenities. The only reason I'm giving this hotel a 4 star rather then a 5 star is because the pet friendly room i was in had an odor of wet dog coming from what I would assume would be the carpet.
G	Genevieve Brunet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was well equipped, convenient and clean. There is ample parking. The checking in went well. Clerk was polite and informative The room was clean and quiet. The beds and linens were comfortable. The carpet didn't look stained. The little kitchen included a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was small but functional. The soaps and lotions were of acceptable quality. The TV allowed for the PS4 to be hocked up. There is a restaurant on site that accommodated our large group. Breakfast buffet that is included in the room filled up the kids. The pool and whirlpool area are inviting and clean. They provide a voucher for clean pool towels. Unfortunately, the pool was broken so the kids only had the opportunity to swim once. The smell of chloramine was VERY potent. They could improve shower accessibility and encourage the use of the shower before entering the pool to reduce the amount of chlorine needed in the pool. The staff was patient and kind, with both children running around having fun and the adults enjoying the company of each other during COVID, from several hockey teams in town for the tournament. Rooms are accessible from the front of the hotel, either on the same floor or with the elevator. There are no push buttons that I remember to open the doors between the lobby and hallway to rooms.
