We have used Bert’s both to buy appliances and for service. Always very pleased. We used them this summer for a repair. Everyone was so helpful and kept us aware every step of the process. Wish we could use Bert’s at our winter home.

I had a problem with the intake valve on the dishwasher leaking. I took the fitting that attaches to the value to the store to see if they could help me diagnose what was wrong. Although he was obviously busy with other work the service/parts guy Steve gave me his full attention and quickly diagnosed the problem. (Improper winterizing had left water in the hose). He was able to order the part for me and said it would be there the next day. Really helpful.

Called ahead to have a repairman come over to our cottage. Told him the problem. He said he had the part. Came over didn't have the correct part, said the washing machine was too old. Replaced a door part. Door has since come off. WASTE OF MONEY. He knew beforehand what the problem was. The service deserved No Stars. Wait a minute. I put in one star and 3-1/2 stars appear. Go figure!

3 generations strong of our family purchasing our appliances from the Macey family. Will enjoy our new propane dryer that we just purchased there today, as well as our dishwasher. Every appliance in our home has been sourced through them, including our used fridge and stove that we bought when we started out 15 years ago, that we still enjoy to this day.

Just had a fridge delivered today ( a week earlier than expected) by two very polite and accommodating young men. The switch was made, the old one taken away with all the packaging removed - couldn’t be happier. Also a big thanks to our sales gal Shari who was so helpful and pleasant Will definitely let anyone who asks know how pleased we are with your service

Three weeks ago we took delivery of three GE appliances, a stove, fridge and microwave. Our next door neighbor recommended Bert's because of their positive personal experience and, because Bert's have their own service department. Our problem is with the fridge, it started when our vegetables and greens were freezing in the crisper and had to be thrown out. The temperature was adjusted accordingly but we still lost the rest of the contents of the fridge because now the temperature wouldn't adjust cold enough. No problem I thought as Bert's have their own service department which was a significant factor in our decision to buy from them. I called at 9:00 am and explained my problem and was told that the service department would contact me directly. By 2:00 pm the same day the service department had not called so I called Bert's back. I was told that they would try and reach the service department again and have someone call me. It didn't happen. Had Bert's shown a little more concern and perhaps called us back with an update on when we can expect service we wouldn't be so unhappy but, it would seem, customer follow-up is not their strong point. Follow up: To Bert's credit they delivered a temporary replacement fridge after I went to the store and complained. Apparently we will be getting a new replacement fridge. No service personnel were sent out.

If I could give a zero I would... ordered appliances a month and a half ago and still have nothing and no refund.. they are quick to take your money and give you the run around for weeks and weeks on end with no results! They have blamed the β€œtransport company for over a month now.. how can an appliance store be unable to deliver or provide a eta in a month and a half? Request refund 2 weeks ago.. still no answer.... buyers beware!!!!!! Update.. They issued us a refund with a personal check which is held for 7 to 10 business days which is unacceptable. The owner is now saying they will refund our credit card if we bring it back in. Another lady there named Sandy said that they would be willing to help but because of my review they are no longer willing to help and try to get the appliances. Got the same appliances from the brick or even a little bit cheaper including delivery and installation! New update .. instead of a refund they charged my card a second time for the amount! They said they reversed the charges but my credit card something company says that they don’t see anything! I called the store they told me it takes 7 to 10 business days for a credit card refund! What was the point of me bringing in my credit card? They were extremely rude with me and told me to stop calling the store yet they have $13,000 of my money! They were so ignorant and rude on the phone and just hung up on me. Stay away from this place

We have a Viking fridge (not your everyday kind of fridge) that wasnt cooling (long story, but we moved it wrong). We spent hours on the phone with the manufacturer and different techs trying to find someone to come and repair it in our area. We knew after multiple conversations that our fridge had a very poor diagnosis and most were telling us it was garbage. Eventually we found Cameron who agreed to come out and atleast try even though our fridge had a 5% survival rate. He came out the next day, he was on time, very professional and we were so thankful. He did everything he could in hopes to get it working for us and explained everything to us as he did things. He did get it working but informed us it was hit and miss if it would continue to cool. It's been over a week now and it's still cooling! I'm not saying that every fridge can be fixed or defy the odds like ours but if you want a fantastic, reliable, honest repairman to come out to do a service call, we would definately recommend Cameron!
