★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needs upgrades. Building should be gutted and renovated properly; lots of potential. Quiet and lots of homeless garbage divers. Langley is trying hard to clean up.

Management ignores complains. Changed policy from non smoking building to smoking and I've been getting sick frequently since. Recent break ins in the building and nothing is being done about it at all. Don't move here if u have any other option. They don't care if they make u sick with mold or insect infestation or second hand smoke. They also block any access to communications board in lobby

Nothings changed. Dont want to site specific issues within my unit for fear of (very illegal) reprocussions. The laundry company they use for the washing machines doesnt fix them properly and the dryer vents are not properly installed causing the two dryers to rewet eachother. I still say do not move to any building managed by capriet if u have other options
I really wish i had the option to move somewhere safer to my health.
