★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Bentley's today and have to express our appreciation for the care given to us from the two staff working today (March 12) Denise and Nancy. Denise was helpful in finding what my husband was looking for and during our conversation she learned we were heading to Cuba. While discussing the needs in Cuba and what we are bringing, Denise came out with a suitcase and beautiful handbag as a donation to our less than fortunate friends in that country ! What company ever does that? Nancy joined in the discussion and we learned that she knows staff at the very same place that we are going to ! These two ladies were very accommodating and such a pleasure to chat with. During these messy days of covid etc it's so nice to find happy people that really take care of their customers. Customer service is alive and well at Bentley's, North Bay Ont.
