★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Benjamin Moore employee mixed the wrong color of paint for us by mistake. The color on our file from the previous purchase was one number off from what she entered by mistake. Very similar color. We had one wall and some trim to finish up... however upon drying we realized the paint was not the same color we originally purchased. When we brought this up to the store we were forced to buy a new quart of paint.... Last I checked I’ve never had to pay out of pocket to replace something if the retailer made an initial mistake. Wow will not ever purchase paint here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the best experience for finding the right stain for our project! The staff were friendly, informative and very helpful. We got there just before closing and it was a busy day, they were rightfully tired, but that did not get in the way of their amazing customer service!
