Dr. Gelfant is the most qualified surgeon in Vancouver, his past work and credentials speak to his competence. Dr.Geflant has the ideal bedside manner I was searching for in a surgeon and when I met Dr.Gelfant I knew he was the person I wanted to operate on me. Dr.Gelfant has honesty and integrity, he is a surgeon who puts his patients care first and isn’t afraid to say no when underlying medical concerns, unhealthy motivations or unrealistic expectations are obvious. When I went for my sizing for my mastopexy ( implants/lift) I knew I wanted to go big, and I picked a size that would not be best for my overall health and desired look , ( I ended up going 405cc) Dr .Gelfant will only do operations in which he can achieve optimal results, he is an excellent surgeon and will only recommend a procedure if you’re a good candidate, he is genuinely invested in your well-being. I choose to go with the Ideal implant, which I view as the best implant, and only a limited number of surgeons can offer it. I would give my overall experience 10/10. I was very scared going into the operation, as it was my first surgery, Dr.Gelfant really made me feel safe and well taken care of before I went in, and his team is top notch. Dr. Gelfant has a contact line where you can reach him 24/7, I even called him on Christmas eve to ask him questions about my medication, and he was there for me, regardless of the holiday. When I saw the results of my surgery on the day after in my post -opt I was in tears, his work is so clean, my results were everything I was hoping for, and more. I’m 5 weeks post-opt now, and I’m so in love with my results, the healing process was a breeze, and my scars are hardly noticeable at only 5 weeks. I’m just blown away by my overall experience, I would highly recommend Dr. Gefalnt to any family member or friend.

So happy with the decision I made with Dr Gelfant for my BA surgery. I knew I wanted surgery for a really long time, the researching time was probably the hardest but seeing how many great reviews Dr Gelfant had, it was easy when it came down to narrowing the doctors I would be seeing. I had booked 3 consultations & thought for sure I would be seeing them all prior to making a final decision, however after I met with his team, I knew that I would be in good hands. I had my surgery on June 4th, 2019 and I am a bit over two months now & I couldn't be happier. Love the results so far & can't wait to see the final results once they are settled. I am happy with all the follow ups from Jessie & Kristy. They were so sweet & amazing. They always replied right away when I had questions. If I needed to go through this process again with Dr Gelfant, I wouldn't hesitate to do it all over again.

I could not be more pleased! At 65, I am here to encourage "women of a certain age" to consider an augmentation. It's never too late for beauty and Dr Gelfant is the best of the best. Dr Gelfant and Staff are amazing and very knowledgeable. I was searching for a perfect surgeon to do my breast lift and augmentation for over a year and a half then I stumbled upon Dr. Gelfant. I made an consultation and was surprised how quickly they got me in. No, quick doesn't mean that he is not as good or busy as other surgeons. He has a private practice and this is his main focus. Dr. Gelfant tells you his true recommendations in size and what will be best for you. He has lots of experience in what he does. I went through with my surgery and I could not be more ecstatic about the results! My breast are perfect and the scars are so minimal you can barely tell. It has been 3 months and it was the best money I have ever spent. I highly recommend Dr. Gelfant and would go right back to him if I ever needed a 2nd revision!

Dr. Gelfant is absolutely, hands down the BEST surgeon. I had went to see him twice, during a very rough time in my life. I was going through domestic violence and had very, very low self esteem. I share in my biography the reason why I initially had a surgery and I am proud to say he was my surgeon! In fact I know I have referred well over 30+ clients to him and each one has the same sentiments. He is the best, they love him and would go back. I am disheartened to read a few negative reviews; we as human beings are all different and have different genetic issues. Therefore we are not all going to look alike. Nor do we all have the same health issues or ultimately the same results as per say a friend / family member or associate. I do have to see him soon , haven’t booked but will be as there is no one else I feel more comfortable with then a professional, who set my own nerves at ease, and helped boost my self esteem through the roof. So this review is random, and to say thank you ... although almost a decade later, I am still very happy.

Dr Gelfant is the best, hands down. I am 37 years old, and I was looking to get quite larger breasts. I went to a couple consultations before meeting Dr. Gelfant. Upon meeting him, I knew right away he would be my surgeon. He walked me through the process, what I could expect, and what I could not expect. There was no gray area. He made me feel very comfortable that I was going to receive the best possible outcome. He listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and treated me with respect. I had ‘scar reduction’ surgery and surgery on my stomach. No return. None. Very disappointed. Dr. Gelfant’s response: ‘I never promised you anything.’ Staff abrupt. Quick $12,000 cash grab. When I called in December he was on vacation. No doubt. Beware.
