Instead of waffling and lying, they came straight out and admitted the mistake and offered us a discount. I have never had a company do something so honest and reasonable. When they came out again, they got it done very quickly, very easily, and with excellent results. Its one thing to get a great deal, its another to know that the people who are doing it actually want it done right and its not about the bottom line. I can't recommend them enough!
