He saw the transaction through from beginning to end and kept us informed throughout the process. I liked how no detail was too small for his attention. He went above and beyond in explaining our various options and their financial impacts: he prepared easy to read financial pro forma spreadsheets while outlining our scenarios under each of the various mortgage options (he has a UBC Commerce degree and it shows!). He crafted these spreadsheets in a manner that allowed my wife and I to manipulate the numbers at home to see the impact of different options, allowing us to discuss amongst ourselves, and then turn to Ben with our questions to make a decision. We would definitely use Ben again and would recommend him to others. Great experience overall!
