took 2015 tdi for diesel scandal fix a while ago but im finding more things left broken or loose and i decided to write this review. the vehicle threw a code starting it up immediately after getting it back for egr valve responding slow. whoever worked on the vehicle destroyed the plastic panels in the wheel well, lost the headlight cover as well and left egr mounting bolts loose, left the hot air intake disconnected, lost some trim in the engine bay amongst a few other things and things ive yet to find. 2 stars since service workers were very kind but over all just deeply offended by the lack of care for the vehicle cosmetics.

So far my service with them has been good in the past and more recent with the new car. Was a little frustrated when I asked if the tires PSI could be double check before setting the TPMS light which is what the instructions say as this wasn't done before picking it up. Some younger guy came out said it's probably fine and hit the button assuming all tires were at 38psi. Would have been super easy to check with a gauge but choose the quickest and easiest way instead. Probably a minor thing to some just the lack of care because it's not their car is annoying. That being said the car went in for a software update and they washed the car at no cost.

Have been dealing with Volkswagen in Belleville consistently since purchasing my car in 2018. Never had any issues until my last appointment. Parts were put on without authorization and accurate diagnoses were not done due to lack of communication from service writer to technician . The initial problem was not fixed after a $600 dollar bill. Spoke with a manager Greg. He was quick and more than willing to make things right with me to fix the initial problem. When other problems resulted from the service Greg was again very quick to attempt to make it right. Without the professional attitude and quickness to attempt to make it right from Greg I would not continue to be a routine customer. Thank you very much Greg for correcting & making things right!

I can call the dealership and speak with anyone and they go over and above to make sure I am safe and my car is taken care of. Trudy is an amazing saleswoman and Greg and his team are top notch in the service department. Thank you for everything!!

I’d like to post a review, partially responding to the last review left here. First off, the diesel update does not require you to remove the wheels at all. Sounds like things have happened to this vehicle over a period of time which are not the responsibility of Belleville VW. If there were an issue right away, why not go back? Especially for warranty work related issues? Second, I have never experienced anything but top notch service here. My car and myself are both treated with the utmost respect. I am always alerted if there is a pressing issue, which is rare but helpful. Estimates are always either spot on or less than quoted. The quality of service is always excellent, and the customer service I receive is even better. They all treat me as if I were their close friend. I almost wish my car would break down more just to visit as we always have a good laugh! You’ll never find a more enjoyable team to interact with. Even if I lived further away, I’d still service my car here…it’s that good. So, to anyone reading this, you will be happy you brought your VW here, end of story. It’s simply the best experience you’ll have at a dealership.

My 2010 Golf died Sunday August 29th on the 401 west, 18km west of Odessa, 42km east of Belleville. I chose to have it towed to their location. The quality of service I received was absolutely incredible! Polite, friendly, respectful and courteous. Both Greg and Gigi at the service department were amazing! They worked the issue, found the solution, and promptly sent me on my way. Thank you again!
