Everything in the shop has been carefully selected and that results in a store full of the coolest and best stuff! Whether you're looking for insane snacks or food, cool table wear or décor, or clothes! Belle General will have it.

I was having a particularly rough one yesterday AND had also forgotten my mask at home, but the owner was quick to offer me my choice of colours and cheer me up with the best snacks and conversation. I’m also obsessed with the mugs she has in store right now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is a phenomenal addition to Victoria. It brings a lot of light, puns, and a welcoming spirit, with goods that run the gamut of toilet paper to wiggle-shaped candles and chili sauce to vegan chocolate. Who could ask for anything s'more?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went in here with no intention but to browse but was intrigued by all the unique knickknacks and art pieces made by small businesses and selected by the owner to carry. i ended up purchasing a zodiac symbol keychain out of interest in supporting this local business , though i cringed at the steep price for a small piece of plastic. no less than two weeks later the keychain fell apart so i went into explain to an employee and ask for an exchange. they said they were unable to honor the exchange though i had proof of the transaction on my bank statement , and I never received a call when they asked for my number and said they’d get back to me. life is expensive in this city , so when I go out of my way to support local niche businesses i at least hope to get honest customer service in return

The shop has a fun, joyful feel and the owners are kind and fantastic people. I know I'll be coming back again and again!!
