Was great care when my family member first went in there then at the end no regular staff mostly agency workers who either don't care or don't know how to do the PSW work. If I had to do it over again I would not put my family in there.

My uncle waits a very long time for assistance after ringing his bell. Today his shirt was dirty and unshaved. Staff work very hard but and you are understaffed big time. Bella grounds well kept.

My father in law was there for 5 years with Alzheimer's and the staff treated with the greatest of care as they do all their patients. The facilities are bright and airy. There are a number of lounges for family visits. They have enclosed outdoor patios so you can go outside in the summer for your visit. Terrific medical care and staff. A great variety of activities for the patients and their families if they want to join in. But the best thing is that if your family member passes away they ensure that the staff hold an honor guard and line the front foyer as the body is taken out by the funeral home people. They have tremendous passion and compassion for what they do there.

D	Doug Wiles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend's brother passed away yesterday afternoon, the family got a call this morning, his room had to be empty by this evening. Not even a day to mourn their loss. Get your junk n get out of here so we can torment another family. You need to have a little compassion for these families. Wonder if they'll be as fast returning the months rent to the family as they were to boot them out. There's gotta be a better place that honors the family more then the all mighty dollar.
