Great establishment tons of parking on the sides for visitors. Handicap parking in front aswell. Wheelchair accessible entry aswell. Proudly Manitoba run by Manitobans for years an will remain for years an years to come! Support locally owned an operated it's the way.

I scheduled to have services installed May 16. Technician came in and installed. Enjoyed wifi services for a few days and services was cut off abruptly June 3rd. I even have a $6 bill that came in end of the month. When I talked to customer services, my services was cut off because apparently the technician didn’t come in to install because I called to cancel. Umm hello! Was it a ghost who installed in my house?? And apparently someone called in to stop my services May 25th. You need better security because I did not call and I’m the only one authorized in my household. I never have this problem with Shaw. I truly regret changing service providers. Such a hassle. Now you tell me my services were activated a June 3, 9pm. It’s June 4 9AM and I still don’t have services. I don’t expect anything from Bell. I just want this investigated because I don’t want the next client to go thru the same stress. Thank you.

The main reason I don’t like about BellMts was that if your already been in a contract with them and want to get a new phone, the next phone bill will be outrageous over priced especially during COVID time where your limited to money overall, they need to cut the cost in half regardless if it’s a new phone or not. If it was first going with bell mts for a contract than I can understand the price but to be honest once this contract is up I’m leaving bell mts not wroth it .

Worst customer service. 2 times the installer didn't show up nor did they call to let me know they wouldn't come. They disconnected my internet service with Shaw anyway, didn't cancel the cancel order. I cannot do my university courses nor homeschool my kids now for 2 days because I have no internet. Terrible customer service, every single customer service rep I talked to (so far 4 different ones) lied to me Update. 3rd time of no show for installer. We cancelled and went back to shaw. Thankfully, a different cellphones provider came by our house and we have now cancelled our cell service with BellMTS as well, we will not go back to using their service.

Somehow LTE is spotty in downtown bloody Winnipeg, and I've now had to reschedule my internet setup 4 times due to "technical glitches". Not to mention the one that caused support to hang up on me while exiting hold 90% of the time while setting up or inquiring about these appointments. Even your own installation technician reccomended I get Shaw over BellMTS!

Internet is good and TV okay. Customer service im sorry to put it nicely it is the worse ive ever encountered. Transferred 4 times until i got the right department. Once i got it had to wait a total of 3 hours to figure out my issue which is a simple one a) What am i paying for and b) Can i pay the bill. Im still on hold as i write this review hoping they can find a solution to my problem. Update 3.5 hours after. Finally spoke to someone who can figure out my problem. Turns out they overcharged me by 400$.

Bell MTS does not give a rip about their clients. My mom who has memory problems did not pay her bill on time and her phone was cut off. 5 days after her account was paid by direct payment, it still was not turned back on. I would definitely not recommend them.
