★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing wrong with this location, just bell MTS in general. Worst company to be with for wifi services. If I had the option for any other company I would leave bell immediately, but due to my location they are my only option. Never go to bell for Wi-Fi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment to get my wireless internet connected. They told me I have to be home all day, so today I sat at home waiting for my internet, just for them to not show up. I called and turns out they hadn't even booked the appointment. So now they expected me to take a day off work not once but twice for their mistake. I think not, going to xplornet, cheaper faster internet and customer service that actually cares for the customer. 0/10

The depth of caring you will find in this store is simply overwhelming. They focus on your issue and will not rest until you are satisfied with the outcome. These folks are always helpful, never cynical or snarky, and you feel blessed just basking in the warmth of their presence. God bless these eager, caring, honest and forthright heroes in blue polo shirts. Always willing to give you their best effort with a warm smile, and good heavens, they never leave you hanging, mislead you to grab your money, or try to weasel out of helping you. You're number one when you visit Steinbach's premier cel phone store Bell MTS! Also, the ownership and management should not feel a deep, deep, sense of shame for running their store in the manner that they do. Heads up you guys! You're winners!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently receive substandard service whenever I have to go in to pay for my phone. They also changed the cost of my plan from $100 to $500 this year for some reason. I'll be looking at other options in the near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I've gone into this location the employees don't care to notice you're there, even though the store is empty. They are very rude, and don't seem to care to be truly helpful. Considering I was also in the cellular industry for 3+ years, when I got to talk to reps from this location, the conversation started with them telling me stories on how annoying they found customers, then proceeded to tell me stories that were extremely insulting to the elderly in this community. If you need cellular help, go to The Mobile Shop in superstore, they will actually help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I wanted to do was upgrade my cellphone and they told me I had to upgrade my monthly plan before I could upgrade my phone, plus the phone was purchased at full price on top of the monthly plan fee. How ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are more than happy to sell you over priced accessories, but when the accessories fail or become defective in 4 months, they say sorry, contact the manufacturer. If I wanted online service, I would of bought it online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am trying to open a business so I needed a landline, I was given a day and window as to when they’d arrive (a 4 hour window at that 12-4) and no one showed up. I don’t have time to sit around and wait for someone to show up they need a better system for this. Thoroughly unimpressed if I could give -5 stars I would. Not to mention all of their cell phone accessories are way overpriced for garbage products.
