Super service from Stéphane, Thomas and Julie (team 2) for the inspection of the house on which we made an offer to purchase. The whole experience was very pleasant with a detailed and complete report. Stéphane takes the time to explain his observations and to popularize them. It specifies what is essential, non-compliant with the Building Code or problematic for insurance. Julie is very available and responds quickly to requests. We received the report within the requested time frame and recommend without hesitation!

Compte tenu des délais serrés pour effectuer une inspection pré-achat, ils se sont rendus disponibles selon nos disponibilités. L’inspecteur a prit le temps de répondre à toutes nos questions sur place et a prit le temps de nous expliquer tous les éléments à corriger. J’ai reçu le rapport d’inspection environ 48h après l’inspection ce qui nous a permis de respecter le délai de 7 jours pour effectuer l’inspection. Le rapport est très détaillé et accompagné de photos nous permettant de mieux comprendre les faits décrits. Je suis très satisfaite du service reçu et je recommande fortement. I contacted Belair Inspection on a Saturday afternoon and they were available the following Monday morning for the pre-purchase inspection. Given the tight deadlines to perform a pre-purchase inspection, they made themselves available according to our availability. The inspector took the time to answer all our questions on site and took the time to explain all the elements to be corrected. I received the inspection report about 48 hours after the inspection, which allowed us to meet the 7-day deadline for carrying out the inspection. The report is very detailed and accompanied by photos allowing us to better understand the facts described. I am very satisfied with the service received and highly recommend.
