โ โ โ โ โ I contacted this company to get a car insurance quote and requested to proceed via email as I'm currently getting quotes from multiple companies and would like the pricing and details in writing. The broker that contacted me, Neal, refused to continue via email and said his company will not issue quotes over email, ONLY over the phone. RED FLAG! It's easy to dupe someone over the phone when you don't have the clauses and coverage details in front of you. I've leaned this the hard way with previous insurers, never again! BEWARE! Thankfully there are plenty of reputable companies that do not employ these dodgy sales tactics. Make sure to read all critical reviews before proceeding with this company.

โ โ โ โ โ I was looking to get insurance for a new vehicle and had the pleasure of working with Cole Chow - who was nothing short of phenomenal. He was patient and courteous, helped me understand all the options, and was very quick to reply to all of my questions and turned around changes and documents within hours. Overall a pleasure to deal with, and got a great price on insurance as well.

โ โ โ โ โ When I first got policy my premium was 350$ that was great considering a driver with g2. I changed my address my premium is 650$ after getting my G and asked them to lower it they refused with no reason. when I kept asking they came back to me saying that I got my g2 slightly over a year. Does not make any freaking sense I have no claims no tickets noting also I'm 30 years old married and my car is underground parking. ADVISE stay away from this company they are scammers they just let you in and then they will raise your premiums. Not to forget to mention the poor customer service skills .

โ โ โ โ โ After doing an online quote yesterday at 3pm I received a call from Stephanie Li, a few minutes later. I needed insurance quick as I need it to register the car I bought, she had me signed up within a couple hours, and the insurance was started today (the next day), she even stayed late to ensure she received all the forms. She was quick and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend working with Begin Insurance and Stephanie to anyone.

โ โ โ โ โ Victoria (of Begin Insurance) patiently and graciously helped me navigate my first encounter with Ontario auto insurance, despite the fact that she had to wait for me to find the right documents, ask stupid questions, demand explanations for ALL the acronyms, etc. She had to call me back multiple times, and wait for me to tell several long and convoluted stories about my super-niche insurance issues. In her shoes, I would have hung up the phone and changed careers. Victoria, however, stayed on the line and eventually got me the best quote of any insurer I'd called. What a champ!
