★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sitting waiting at 6:22 for Dr. Dhadwar to call for my 5:00 appointment. This is the same appointment I had to reschedule from 2 weeks ago that she was almost an hour late calling me for, only to have it disconnect. She did not call me back, and I had to call the office 3 times to get in touch with someone. If she does bother to call me this evening it will be our last encounter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received great care from Dr. Beckford when I needed it the most. I felt like she really listened to me, without being dismissive or rushing me out the door. She followed up with me as well, so I feel like I am getting continuing care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the privilege of seeing both Dr. Beckford and Dr. Dhadwar both doctors are thorough and very knowledgeable. The office is clean and the staff are very professional. I never had difficulties calling the office as most times it was they who called me to come in for concerns with my health. Beeton Medical is one of the best things that happened to this community in recent times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s very frustrating that you’re unable to leave a voicemail. It’s very difficult for me to call during the few hours and days that they’re open as I work. And they aren’t even guaranteed to answer the phone then.

So hard to reach, or to get on the phone
Soo this was posted over a year ago, and again today i am disappointed in the medical staff
2 hour wait, still hubby is waiting with booked appointment. Learn how to time manage and answer phones or respond proper to your patients.
