★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed some ruff cut barn board and mantle to redo my gas fireplace wall. Matt not only provided great looking materials but made some extra trim for us and gave me some great tips on how to install the mantle on the wall. I know now why he has a 5 star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave a $200 deposit for a barn door to be made and once it was completed he delivered it to my house and even before entering my house he asked for the remainder of the money. I am renovating my house and always paid my contractors once the job was done. However i was told by them that they don't feel comfortable unless I pay first. I was wondering how as a customer I felt comfortable giving a deposit without a receipt. How does he expect me to pay him when the job is not done. I find this very unprofessional and disappointing. There are better companies out there that stand behind their work and don't need the money in advance. I will never recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matt and his team are amazing! They made and installed everything we ordered. They did a fantastic job working with us and our colour palettes to make sure everything goes together. The wait is long, but for great custom work like this, it’s well worth it. They are easy to communicate with and extremely patient with customers. We are in love with our custom items.
