B	Brook Hesseln on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite a recommendation, a self-proclaimed knowledge of curly hair and of being a “cutting expert”, Sarah Campbell has managed to deliver me the WORST haircut that I have had in my entire adult life. Even after two weeks, I can barely summon the words. My self confidence has been completely destroyed - I was literally in tears for two days after the appointment. Try as I might, there is no way that I am able to style this ridiculous cut in a way that I can ever hope to wear my hair down for at least 6 months! If you cherish your curls, avoid this woman like the plague.

I love her eye for precision and her super stylish sense. #alycesaves The beehive in general is a good space and set up really well for social distancing.

The staff are all great, friendly and it’s the first salon I have ever been to that used my hair cuttings to help with an oil spill in English bay. #progressive they support local artists and are just generally awesome people who are conveniently great at taking care of all your hair needs. SJ is fantastic and knows how to handle my curly madness of a mane. She knows what's she doing, gives great tips and tricks (so important for curly hair) and genuinely cares:) HIGHLY recommend this place!

I know my hair, and I am very aware that it's very difficult to achieve a platinum blonde on Asian hair, especially one that had been through rounds of DIY colouring. Lindsay is now my stylist. It's been an amazing experience working with her, and she was detailed in explaining the expectations of my journey to platinum. We were able to get to where I wanted my hair to be, and I have received so many compliments on my style. On top of that, the style and colouring is one that I can comfortably grow out without it looking like I've been in a bunker for 3 months.

L	Leah Sikorski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: I have downgraded this to a one star after no attempt from the salon to rectify this situation and hating this stupid strip in the front more each day. ..........,.................. I feel pretty upset about my results from here. I did a lot of research and this place had good reviews. I went to make an apt and they referred me to a stylist who specializes in balayage. I showed him a reference photo of what I was looking for. The 3rd picture is the end result. By the time I got home I was so upset. I never spend money on myself and I had just shelled out $230 For a cut and a balayage that looked nothing like my photo. I called the salon to tell them how upset I was. The stylist was willing to fix it so I went back in for another 3 hours and the last picture is what I'm left with. At least you can tell my hair has been dyed now but it just looks like I've had bleach blonde streaks done. There is no light progression to the tips, and I have a big streak in my front that looks out of place. I'm too poor to shell out more money to fix it so am left with this. The stylist was lovely personality wise but he either didn't understand what I wanted (despite showing the reference photo multiple times) or didn't know how to achieve it. Wish this could be resolved. Below photos my Reference, my before, after he finished and last photo is what I have now after his second attempt.

My stylist Bibi made me feel comfortable, and helped my idea work, I got a fantastic cut that I can style multiple ways exactly how I wanted! I was so happy when I left with my new cut, and I plan to keep coming back!
