But I received 2 phone calls reminding me of my appointment then a phone call 30mins before the installer came. Brandon was awesome. He gave me a quote and explained everything I needed. He was on time and very professional. He came out the next day to do the install and explained everything while he did it. He was very friendly with me, my dog and my kid. The install looks great and I would definitely use this company again and I would ask for Brandon to do the install.

I didn’t mind paying $50 dollars for a quote, made sense. It does cost money to send someone around all day with a tape measure. However I am a person who always does thorough research and gets a second quote. Well, I was not expecting double the price of their competitors quote. Competitor has been around for 30 years and uses well known, quality products. Good quality installation and products don’t need a proprietary software and long warranty, it’s a sales tactic. Just like extended warranty on a Toyota. Similar experience like the one already posted. This is not a case of you get what you pay for. This is paying for a Ferrari and getting a Hyundai. Always get a second quote!

The quality of the work and product were excellent. I highly recommend this company, and especially Brandon, who went above and beyond to install the window tinting film. J	Jeremy k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Bee Cool for a quote for doing our commercial office building windows, they told me we we'd set up a time and day. Later in the next week or two I get a call from the person doing the quote and he's on-site at the building... I wasn't there so I had a co worker assist him. He assured me the best way to do this job would be by applying film to the exterior of the windows and that he would not need access to the inside of the building to do the quote. This is not what happened... He insisted to my co worker that he had to come inside to measure and interrupted our sensitive business practices by coming into several offices to measure which is precisely what I wanted to avoid. Not to mention this was during Covid. After this I waited about 4 weeks for a quote... Nothing. I reached out to bee cool asking for what happened with the quote. Still nothing... It's been several months now so I thought id post a review on this experience. Not sure why they advertise so much if they can't even follow up on a quote.
