★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was great and I was able to get my order extremely quickly. My only issue is that I wish the products I ordered would have come in a box, considering it's Christmas and I need to wrap it. This may be more of an issue with BB&B corporate though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this place, especially the kitchen section, so many good quality products. Some of the products are overpriced and you can find the exact same product for a cheaper price somewhere else. So you have to look around before buying, especially if you are buying a pricy item

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this store. They seem to have good inventory and variety of items. Great gift ideas. I shop here often. Conveniently they have the exchange set up for my Soda stream. I do check prices though. Some items are priced a bit higher than in others stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in looking for a bean bag for my son. The site had stated they had multiple but when I arrived there was only 1. The worker stated there was one in the back, he ended up giving us a discount because it was originally a return and for our troubles for the false info on site. The bean bag is great quality and big! My son loves it! I recommened this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE: Still waiting for my other 3 items. It's been around a month. Sorry, but you really need to do better. I ordered. Delivery bc it was free and I have a hard time walking. Never again. .
Regarding delivery payment. You're under the assumption that when you pay for same day delivery, you would get the items same day - not the case - don't be fooled. You only get same day delivery for 1 item IF they have it store. We'll see how the deliveries go and if anything is broken. Will update later, if all is well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them, was assured they would price match. I gave detailed instructions about the product and again was assured they would price match. Got there after a 30 minute drive to find out they won't. Junk!! Garbage!! I personally will not go here again. And to top it off they shrugged their shoulders and said oh well. I really thought they were better than that. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just left the store. It’s Sunday afternoon, 40 minutes before closing. I needed a price match and then a price adjustment after receiving my 20% off coupon. The manager had to come twice and the sales associate had to do a bit more than the usual steps to sort me out. Both the sales associate and the manager had amazing body language despite the circumstances. I try not to put my self in a position like today but they both carried themselves with a lot of enthusiasm which I appreciate. Thank you to the manager and to the sales associate ( Lilly I believe is her name). I hope this encourages whomever reads this to shop here. I got the best price I could have gotten for the item and I was treated with enthusiasm on a late Sunday afternoon.
