Purchased starter kit (Graco Safejogger Rixen) last October 2018, but until now, the Graco 4ever carseat has not been delivered yet, to think it is already fully paid.
Called Longueuil store MULTIPLE times, and spoke to different staff, but they kept telling me that we will receive it in 2-3 weeks time but it is already 5 months from the time we purchased the kit, no carseat was delivered.
Tried to call Laval store too, but was referred back to Longueuil for the reason that we purchased the items there.
The staff even asked me to pay the balance of CAD500 on the delivery of the available items and assured me that the 4ever carseat which was a back order that time will be delivered by end of November or first week of December. We trusted Bebelelo, so we paid the balance fully but this the service we are receiving, ridiculous!!
We were so kind to them, but this is already too much.
They wasted our time, since we also have a 4 year old daughter that could have used the 4ever carseat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service! You can get any of their models in all the colours. All the furniture is made in Quebec and very are very good quality. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat :) Im due in less than a month and unfortunately had a bad experience trying to order from Sears which has left us trying to find a crib last minute. We are getting the crib tomorrow and the dresser they put a rush on the order. Honestly best service ever!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here today, found 1 employee working at the cash. He greeted me and my husband curtly and that's it. Unless we asked him a question about the products, he wouldn't even try to communicate with us. My husband asked for the brand of 1 of the cribs we like, the employee just told us he didn't know. Efforts were zero from this long-haired guy since the beginning we stepped foot in the store. Not coming back nor recommending this place. Too bad we wanted to get some stuff for our nursery - we'll give the business to another business who will make us feel welcomed and valued.
