M	Melissa Tradel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After waiting nearly three months to have a chair delivered, I was left with a huge box at the foot of my third floor apartment. The delivery drivers refused to help me bring the box (about 50lbs) up the stairs so I was left to wait with it all morning until I could find someone kind of enough to help me move it. Terrible, terrible service. I cannot believe how this is called “delivery”. It’s a drop off. And an unfriendly one at that. I will never buy from this store again.
A	Alain Decker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery wait is beyond disappointing , the back in store dates on their website are not legitimate. They shouldn't advertise to purchase when not in stock to be first serve as they are unable to deliver paid products. The customer service is useless , hard to reach over the phone and only send pre established answers that don't provide useful informations. Been told my delivery would be back in store "within the next days" ...it's been a month. They use Covid has an excuse for their logistic issues , waifair, zone and Ikea at similar price have all been able to deliver what I've ordered. 1year after Covid isn't an excuse anymore. I strongly recommend to never order what they don't have in stock, the back in stock date can't be trusted.

It can get delayed over and over and they keep extending the dates as to when the item would be available in stock (the item ordered in mid Dec, supposed to be delivered in mid Feb, now shows August and that too is not a definitive date). The store has no information as to when it will be actually back in stock. The dates the stores use are from the website and it doesn't signify anything. So try to buy things in stock if possible.
T	Tessa Blanc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are now located on Saint Denis above Mont Royal. The quality of the furniture isn't very impressive. The upholstered beds look as if they'll fall apart soon. Some of the coffee tables look poorly finished and rough. I was disappointed that such a sprawling space sells such sub-standard furniture. However, there were some interesting lamps and small side tables, so I guess I'll continue to visit to find that rare object that is actually worth purchasing... but generally speaking I feel the quality has gone shockingly down over the years. Service was friendly.

I got a sofa bed (called Megan) and after only a year and a half it’s falling apart. The back doesn’t hold anymore, the springs where you sit are detached and are tearing the material. I called the customer service to ask for a return or if they can fix it at least. The agent said they cannot do anything sorry because the warranty is 1 year only. They only have a 1 year warranty because they know their products are bad and will wear out after 1 year.
D	David G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality/price of the products is good. Never EVER buy something that is out of stock, never trust the estimated delivery date, it will not arrive at that date. Structube insists that delivery dates are out of their control and push the dates by 1 month, every month, over and over. Do not buy out-of-stock items from a company with such poor control on their supply chain and frustrating customer service experience.

P	Philippe T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rating is for the furniture, in particular the sofa bed: the quality is terrible. Have owned one of their sofa beds for less than 3 years and if is completely deflated. I constantly get complaints from guests of how uncomfortable it is. If at least it was ok as a couch, but no unfortunately it is uncomfortable as a couch and bed. The look is ok, but definitely not worth the price and horrendously uncomfortable. As it is used I'll likely have to give it away for pennies. Essentially threw money out the window on this one. I thought this was a me issue, but I think there was a moment where folks bought the same type of sofa bed from them, because I've bumped into a few people with similar couches with the same issue. You've been warned!
