N	Nimi Birk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached out to Michelle about purchasing a face wash a couple of weeks prior to a trip I had planned. She replied saying she has the face wash. I told her I would like to pick it up and she kept leading me on. Closer to my trip, she said she got Covid and then she said her dad got sick. It was a horrible experience and poor customer service. She should have just said no she didn’t have the product so I could look elsewhere instead of relying on her.

Talk to Michelle who understand the science of skin and how to actually treat and solve issues. I used to have very painful rosacea but now my skin is so comfortable and I can even go without makeup. All doctors have only given me antibiotics instead of solving the problem. You will be so satisfied with your results.

Aestheticians and clinics here in India can be run by non-licensed people and even ones who don't have any degrees or medical commandments, which makes it risky to follow their advice for treatments of such skin conditions. Here in India, not everyone understands what rosacea is and the kind of discomfort it brings to the sufferers. DMK is absolutely unavailable in India and a lot of clinics based in the US upscale the price a lot! I found Michelle's prices very reasonable and she offered a discount and free shipping as well. She really cares for every single one of her clients because my mom doesn’t even get facials but her skin looks so much better than before thanks to Michelle’s vast knowledge, care, and recommendations. Michelle doesn’t push any products on your and my mom and I never feel pressured to buy anything. Once my mom wanted to purchase an expensive sheet mask for lifting but Michelle suggested something else that isn’t so pricey and I think this really shows how much she cares for her clients. I came to Michelle in October of 2021 because I tried many prescriptions like adapalene, clindamycin, and the new trifarotene to try and get rid of my acne. Although adapalene and clindamycin did help before, they stopped working after a few months and my acne returned worse than before but thanks to Michelle’s product recommendations and care, it is finally better now! I trust whatever Michelle recommends because I always end up loving it. If you are on the fence please take the leap and come to Michelle! She is just amazing and her dog Sophie is so soft and adorable too.
