Brandon Counselling Services – A note from Don & Leanne….
We feel fortunate to have a career we enjoy, and consider it a privilege when invited to support someone in their journey. We believe we are all unique in our life experiences, our responses to events, and in how we cope and interact. Our desire is to assist others in achieving their goals while honoring who they are as individuals.
Our counselling services approach is client-centered as we believe others are the expert in their own life. Our role is to offer hope, assistance, and support through listening, exploring, education and encouragement while working toward client goals.
Whatever the struggle you face, it is our desire to help you connect with who you are in a world in which you have much to contribute, that you would live life to your full potential, enjoy who you are and find value in relationships. The past may shape us, but it does not define who we are, or dictate where we end up. Each of us has the ability to change our thinking and challenge messages we have held to be true, but in truth, have held us back. Recognizing there are hindrances to progress (professional, relational, personal, spiritual), we welcome the opportunity to help confront those stumbling blocks in order to move toward your goal. Sometimes it is a simple conversation that can provide a “light bulb moment” while other concerns may require more time. Whatever the situation, we are happy to journey with you.
